Why would having a nightmare cause a person to feel so much better the next day??? please leave your comments and I will collate and show results later.
Hmmmmm. I can think of two reasons. 1) when you wake up the next day and realize that your bed ISN'T covered in snakes or that your toes HAVEN'T been chopped off my evil toe gnomes, it sets a happy tone for the day. And 2) Which Carole and I were actually just kinda talking about, if a person were to have a "nightmare" where a meteors were pelting the Earth and one's sister got smashed....a person might wake up with a smile on their face having just unconsciously gotten out some pent up rage.
